The Truth About Valleys

valleyFor many, the walk of Christian faith is characterized by a duplicity of high’s and low’s. One day they feel they are right with God and that their prayers are heard. The next they live in despair and defeat, acting as if God had forgotten about them. Granted, challenges will come to all of us, but some will handle them better than others. A valley is a proving ground for faith.

For those newer to Christianity, a “Valley” is common Christianeese for going through a hard time. It may seem as though you will never be free, healed, or back on top of life, but your breakthrough is closer than you think. There may be challenges all around you but God has provided a way of escape A valley is really nothing more than a region surrounded by two mountains, and we can speak to those!

“So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” -Mark 11:22-23

If you are going to navigate out of a valley, you will need your words to lead the way. Command the mountains to move in accordance with what the Bible teaches and use the authority Jesus have granted you in His name. Command sickness to leave, command fear to flee, command depression to go, and back up your faith filled words with what God says about you in His word. Upward and onward, your faith will pull you through.

Much love,

Yes!!! God tests us to build us up!! If we just believe it will be done in his name!! Glory to God!! The power is within us! Greater is he that is in me than he who is among the world!!
